Every ORYX unit is a made-to-order, high-value piece of outdoor power equipment dispatched from a US warehouse on a per-order basis. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Please review the full product specifications and confirm the machine is right for your property before you order. By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
If Something Goes Wrong — We Make It Right
Your purchase is protected. We stand behind every unit with the following:
- Damaged in transit: Inspect your unit at delivery. If it arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos/video and we will arrange a repair or replacement at no cost to you.
- Dead on arrival / defective: If your unit doesn't power on or has a covered manufacturing defect, we'll resolve it under the manufacturer warranty — repair or replacement.
- Lost in transit: If a carrier loses your shipment, we file the claim and send a replacement.
Warranty & Support
Every ORYX includes a manufacturer-backed warranty plus lifetime US-based tech support. The warranty does not cover normal wear, fuel/maintenance neglect, accident, modification, or commercial overuse. Start any claim at support@oryxmowers.com and our US team handles it end to end.
Processing Time
Approved warranty repairs, replacements, or claims are actioned within 5–7 business days of approval.
ORYX curates, brands, and US-supports a proven tracked-crawler mower platform; we are a reseller and do not manufacture the machine.
