Where We Ship

ORYX currently ships within the continental US only. Shipping is free on every order — no freight surcharge, ever. International shipping is not yet available.

Handling Time

Every ORYX unit is prepared and dispatched from our US warehouse within 7 business days of your order. Each unit is checked and prepped per order — we don't cut that corner.

Transit Time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. The ORYX is a tracked crawler weighing roughly 287 lb crated, so it ships as freight, not parcel — the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Total estimated window: about 2–3 weeks from order to doorstep. We set this honestly rather than over-promise.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your unit ships. For freight delivery, the carrier reaches out to arrange a drop-off window — respond promptly so your delivery isn't delayed.

Delivery Details

Curbside freight delivery. Have a clear, accessible drop point ready. If you need liftgate service or have access constraints (long driveway, gated community), tell us at support@oryxmowers.com before dispatch and we'll coordinate.

Packaging

Your ORYX ships in the manufacturer's industrial packaging from our US fulfillment warehouse. ORYX is the brand, support, and curation around the machine — we're upfront that the crate itself is plain industrial packaging, not retail box art.

Lost or Damaged Orders

Inspect your unit at delivery. If it arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact support@oryxmowers.com within 48 hours (photos/video speed this up) and we'll make it right — repair, replacement, or claim. See our Returns Policy.
