1. Who We Are
ORYX is an independent, US-based reseller of the MS550J remote-control tracked crawler mower. We are not the manufacturer. We curate, fulfill from a US warehouse, and provide US-based support for the machine.
2. Age Requirement
You must be 18 years or older to place an order. The MS550J is powered outdoor equipment and must be operated by a competent adult.
3. Product Information
Published specifications (including the 45° slope rating, 21" cut width, 4.9 hp gas engine, and ~287 lb chassis) reflect the manufacturer’s figures. The machine is remote-controlled, not autonomous. We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions accurate, but do not warrant that every detail is error-free.
4. All Sales Final
Because this is high-value, freight-class equipment, all sales are final. We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Items damaged or lost in transit, and covered manufacturing defects, are handled under our returns policy and the warranty below.
5. Warranty & Support
Each unit carries the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects (pass-through from the manufacturer, on the terms they provide) plus lifetime US-based support for as long as you own the machine. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, or improper operation.
6. Safe & Lawful Use
You are responsible for operating the machine safely and in compliance with all applicable local laws, including any rules governing powered equipment on slopes, roadsides, or public-adjacent ground. Read the operator materials before use.
7. Right to Refuse or Cancel
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, correct pricing errors, or limit quantities at our discretion. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ORYX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for injury or property damage arising from misuse, improper handling, or unsafe operation of the machine. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
9. Indemnification
You agree to hold ORYX harmless from claims arising out of your misuse or unsafe operation of the machine.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ORYX is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
