ORYX is a US-based seller of one machine, done right: the MS550J remote-control tracked crawler mower. We curate it, brand the experience around it, ship it from a US warehouse, and stand behind it with a real warranty and a real US support team. All terrain. Zero excuses.

What we are#

We are a focused, single-product store. Instead of a sprawling catalog, we picked one capable machine — a gas-powered, tracked, remote-control mower built for the slopes, ditches, and rough ground a push mower or ride-on can’t safely handle — and built honest US support, warranty, and onboarding around it.

We are an independent reseller. We do not manufacture the MS550J; we source it from a proven tracked-crawler platform, fulfill it from a US warehouse, and provide the brand, curation, and support that surround it. We say this plainly because you deserve to know exactly what you are buying.

What we are not#

We are not the manufacturer, and we are not a faceless marketplace dropshipper who disappears after checkout. We do not make claims the machine can’t back up — every spec we publish (45° slope rating, 21" cut, 4.9 hp gas engine, 287 lb tracked chassis) is the verified spec, not a marketing inflation. The MS550J is remote-controlled, not autonomous: you drive it. We will never pretend otherwise.

If something arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we make it right: repair, replacement, or claim. Document the unit at unboxing so we can move fast.

How we ship#

Free shipping on every US order, dispatched from a US warehouse — typically within 7 business days of confirmed payment. The MS550J is a ~287 lb tracked machine, so it travels as freight and the carrier schedules delivery; the realistic total window is about 2–3 weeks. We set that honestly rather than over-promise. You receive tracking by email the moment it ships.
